Hassan Akhlaghi

Hassan Akhlaghi received the B.Sc. (2007) and M.Sc. (2010) degrees from Sharif University of Technology in Aerospace Engineering (Aerodynamics). He is working on rarefied gas simulations using Direct Simulation Monte Carlo (DSMC) method. He has focused on gas-surface heat transfer behaviour of rarefied gas. He developed a new numerical technique named Iterative Technique for specifying desired heat flux distribution over the wall in DSMC method. Based on this technique he studied thermal behaviour of rarefied gas under thermal non-equilibrium conditions. Currently he is working on improvement of Iterative Technique and viscous shear works in rarefied gaseous flows.
