Amin Ebrahimi

Amin Ebrahimi is a PhD candidate at Delft University of Technology. Before, he was a research & teaching assistant at the High Performance Computing Laboratory (HPCLab) at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, where he completed his M.Sc on the simulation of rarefied gas flow in Micro/Nano divergent channels using DSMC. He completed his B.Sc. thesis on investigation of the effects of vortex generators & Nanofluids on heat transfer enhancement in Micro-channels at Malek-Ashtar University of Technology. During this time, he has performed several simulations in OpenFOAM to investigate the behavior of rarefied gas flow in Micro and Nano scaled channels and nozzles. Also, he is doing some researches on flow control by using heat transfer and secondary injections. In addition to the introduced activities, he is studying fluid flow and heat transfer in Micro and Nano channels simultaneously. He examines the effects of Nano-Fluids, Novel Geometries and rarefaction on heat transfer.
